A painful episode

What, my dear friends, is more painful than having to perform a cross between the calypso and the bhangra (with Gabaru by Juggy D as the background music which, in my opinion, is a pretty decent Punjabi song as Punjabi songs go) to a jeering crowd of thirty-something at a party which was supposed to have wholesome fun, and not a place for such embarassing performances? This is what I had to do, much to my embarassment, and much to the pleasure of the pleasure-seeking evil-doers who planted that evil chit of paper. And frankly speaking, I'm no good at the Bhangra (inspite of being Punjabi), and don't even know how to do the Calypso. Talk about torturing a guy!
And what say you to acting like a sleepwalking-drunkard? Another unfortunate twit was subjected to this lowly "thing" (I use "thing" for wont of a better word)
And then actually being forced to go to a halwai and ask for the price of a TATA 407? I agree the TATA 407 is a decent automobile, and does its task with aplomb, but asking for its price at a halwai? Come now. An unfortunate dude actually had to do this.
And you can't not do the assigned "prank" without being called a spoilsport and loser. Such is life.
Beware!
So spoke that wise man, Dhruv Kumar, was his name.

Arnav: If you're so fond of the song, go ahead and perform the aforementioned task!
G: Juggy D's CD mentions it as Gabaru, and as for my interest in punjabi songa, i'll say two things:-
1. There are wheels within wheels
2. I'm interested in other types of songs too.
So cheers people!

I meant Punjabi songs not "Songa"!
